Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Workforce Transformation Specialist to join our team. This graduate-level position is ideal for individuals with a background in organisational behaviour/organisaiton behaviour or a related field. The successful candidate will work on developing and implementing workforce strategies, transforming existing workforces, and planning strategic workforce needs. This role involves close collaboration with manufacturing organisations to workforce transformation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Workforce Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with manufacturing organisations to understand their workforce needs and challenges.
• Develop comprehensive workforce strategies that align with organisational goals and industry trends.
• Assist in the creation of workforce plans that integrate digital technologies and innovative practices.

Workforce Transformation:

• Support organisations in transforming their workforce to adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Design and implement change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and provide recommendations for upskilling and reskilling.

Strategic Workforce Planning:

• Analyse labuor market trends and forecast future workforce requirements.
• Develop strategic workforce plans that ensure long-term organisational success.
• Create succession planning frameworks and talent pipelines.

Skills Roadmapping/Role Crafting:

• Work with industry experts to identify critical skills needed for future manufacturing roles.
• Develop skills roadmaps that guide organizations in training and development initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build internal capabilities and role crafting for employees.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build strong relationships to foster collaboration and support for workforce initiatives.
• Present findings and strategies to clients and internal teams.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organisational Behaviour, Industrial or Organisational Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in project management and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of digital manufacturing trends and technologies is a plus.

Experience:

• Prior experience (including internships) in workforce planning, Organisational development, or HR is desirable but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments and their workforce challenges will be advantageous.
