DMI was delighted to launch the Visual Cognitive Manufacturing Group (VCMG) in May 2023, an industry collaboration initiative to drive increased deployment of vision technology across manufacturing.
As one of our "Collaboration Groups", the aim of the VCMG is to develop solutions to real-world manufacturing challenges through a uniquely collaborative process and facilitate best-in-class computer vision to enhance the competitiveness of Irish-based manufacturing.
Thanks to all the industry partners who are now part of the VMCG and those involved in solving the initial 12 key industry challenge. Thanks also to our steering group from Ubotica Technologies, West Pharmaceutical Services, Boston Scientific, Medtronic, Abbott, Johnson & Johnson, and Bausch + Lomb.
